Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain Sourcing Strategy and Innovation

Role: Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain Sourcing Strategy and Innovation, focusing on developing scalable, compliant sourcing solutions for global clinical trials within biopharma. Responsibilities: lead strategic drug sourcing initiatives, optimize vendor ecosystems, drive process standardization and operational scalability, and partner with Digital/Tech teams to implement AI-enabled solutions; support vendor management, risk mitigation, and industry benchmarking; mentor team members and influence cross-functional decision-making. Requirements: 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or related functions; strong understanding of global clinical trial operations, comparator sourcing, and GxP/regulatory requirements; experience leading complex initiatives in matrix organizations; proficiency in Microsoft Office, procurement systems, and familiarity with digital transformation tools. Preferred: knowledge of AI, workflow automation, knowledge management, and enterprise digital platforms; experience with regulatory, quality, and import/export considerations preferred.
