Role: Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain Lead, responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of clinical supply logistics for cell therapy programs. Main objectives include designing and refining the clinical supply model, managing vendor qualification, and ensuring timely, compliant product delivery to support clinical trials. Responsibilities encompass developing SOPs, overseeing shipment operations, managing real-time exception handling, and collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and Clinical Ops to align scheduling and logistics activities, especially for time-sensitive, patient-specific cell therapies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field; 6–10+ years in biotech/pharma supply chain, technical operations, or CMC, with experience supporting cell or gene therapy clinical trials. Deep understanding of GMP, GCP, GDP, and chain of custody; proficiency with project management tools; experience authoring SOPs in regulated environments. Preferred: operational background in early-phase or first-in-human cell therapy programs, and experience with validation or dry-run testing for clinical delivery.
