Role: Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain at Spyre Therapeutics, leading end-to-end global clinical supply operations for assigned studies. Responsibilities: develop demand forecasts, manage supply planning, oversee global distribution including country readiness, import/export compliance, and logistics; collaborate with cross-functional teams such as CMC, Clinical Ops, Quality, and external vendors; monitor inventory, optimize supply chain strategies, and lead continuous process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences, supply chain, engineering, or related field; 6-8+ years in clinical supply chain, including at least 5 years managing global clinical trial logistics; extensive experience with global distribution, import/export documentation, and supply forecasting tools; strong understanding of GMP, GDP, GCP, and regulatory requirements. Preferred: advanced degree, prior biotech startup experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and IRT platforms.
