Role: Lead Clinical Supply Chain Operations for neuropharmaceuticals, overseeing packaging, labeling, distribution, and vendor management for clinical trials. Responsibilities: develop and execute complex international clinical packaging strategies aligned with portfolio timelines; manage GMP outsourcing for both small and large molecule assets, including pre-filled syringes and auto-injectors; lead cross-functional collaboration to forecast drug supply needs, budgets, and logistics; ensure compliance with GMP, GCP, ICH, and global regulations; mentor staff and oversee process improvements. Requirements: BS/BA with 10+ years or MS with 8+ years in clinical supply chain management, with extensive knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and pharmaceutical development (Phases 1-4); experience in international clinical packaging/distribution and vendor oversight; strong project management, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency with collaborative and data management systems.
