The role partners closely with Clinical Operations and represents supply chain on study teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred; 8+ years in biotech/pharma clinical supply chain, with experience in inventory management, global shipping, GMP compliance, and late-stage studies, particularly in oncology with small molecules. Skills include project management, problem-solving, and strong communication. Attributes: analytical, adaptable, collaborative, ethical, self-motivated, and results-driven. Location: San Francisco or Cambridge, with approximately 15% travel. High-value specifics: focus on late-phase oncology trials, global logistics, IRT development, GMP standards, and managing supply for multiple studies. Compensation: $185,000-$200,000 base salary, plus equity, bonus, and benefits.
