Associate Director, Clinical Supply

Role: Associate Director, Clinical Supply, leading global clinical supply chain planning and execution for Liquidia's pulmonary hypertension programs across multiple regions. Responsibilities: develop and implement supply strategies, demand forecasting, and inventory management; oversee manufacturing, packaging, labeling, distribution, and depot operations; manage vendor relationships including CMOs, IRT providers, and couriers; ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, etc.) and GxP; support regulatory submissions and audits; collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, CMC, Regulatory, and Quality teams; manage budgets and resource planning. Requirements: Bachelors or higher in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years in clinical supply chain management supporting global Phase I-III trials; experience with labeling, packaging, demand planning, and IRT systems; strong knowledge of GxP, ICH guidelines, and international regulatory requirements; excellent project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: biotech startup experience, experience managing supply for biologics or novel modalities, and domestic/international travel (10-20%).
