Role: Associate Director Clinical Scientist, Immunology Cell Therapy, leading early-phase clinical development of cell therapies for immune-mediated diseases at AstraZeneca. Responsibilities: support and eventually lead the medical/scientific aspects of immunology cell therapy programs, including clinical strategy, trial design, data review, regulatory document preparation, and external research collaborations; interface with cross-functional teams and external partners; ensure compliance with GCP/regulatory standards. Requirements: Ph.D./MPhil/PharmD with 0β5 years industry experience, strong knowledge of immunology, T-cell biology, gene therapy, and cell therapy (preferably CAR-T); experience in designing/leading industry trials, authoring regulatory documents, and working in matrix teams; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
