Position Summary
The Associate Director, Clinical Scientist supports the development, evaluation, planning, and conduct of clinical studies. Ensures scientific integrity and accurate interpretation of study data for clinical programs within the Neurology Therapeutic Area.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the scientific development and execution of global clinical studies within Neurology, aligned with the clinical development plan.
- Develop and/or review core study documents, including clinical protocols, protocol amendments, informed consent forms (ICFs), investigator brochures (IBs), and clinical study reports (CSRs).
- Rigorously review and interpret emerging clinical trial data (subject-level and aggregate safety/efficacy) to ensure quality, completeness, consistency, and protocol compliance.
- Participate as a member of cross-functional study teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of clinical trial milestones.
- Support study execution as a key clinical science resource and subject matter expert.
- Prepare/author/revise regulatory submissions and health authority responses in compliance with global guidelines.

Qualifications
- Advanced scientific or clinical degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, or equivalent training).
- 3–5+ years of relevant clinical research experience in biopharma/biotech; neurology trial experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in clinical trial conduct, including hands-on data review, safety monitoring, and data cleaning.
- Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, regulatory requirements, global guidelines (FDA, EMA/EU, ICH, GCP), and SOPs.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills for drafting/reviewing/editing study documents and protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities.
- Travel 10–15%.

Benefits/Compensation
- Competitive compensation and benefits package; base salary range: $161,700 to $202,200.
- Total rewards may include annual performance bonus, equity, full benefits range, and other incentives.
