Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical project management for multiple studies/molecules, including timeline, risk, and budget.
- Manage timeline, budget, accruals for clinical studies/programs within Clinical Operations.
- Develop/maintain study processes and templates with cross-functional Clinical Operations peers.
- In collaboration with Project/Portfolio Management, provide program timeline/budget estimates for annual budgets and LRP.
- Oversee and mentor Clinical Project Managers.
- Develop/oversee policies and procedures to streamline Clinical Project Management.
- Provide input to annual planning with Clinical Trial Operations and Project/Portfolio Management.
- Serve as SME for clinical timelines and budgets.
- Oversee status reporting (timeline/budget dashboards) and ensure monthly milestone/timeline updates enter corporate systems.
- Support program scenario planning, life cycle management, and resource demand algorithm development.
- Oversee/streamline monthly accruals with Finance; facilitate cost accruals and review accrued costs vs. forecasts.
- Identify budget issues and recommend/implement corrective actions; provide periodic program-level timeline and financial health summaries.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (combination of education/experience considered).
- 10+ years progressive clinical project management experience (CRO/biotech/pharma) with people leadership.
- 7+ years supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of drug development, clinical operations, and clinical financial management.
- Demonstrated leadership mentoring project management staff.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication; manage multiple priorities in matrix environment.
