Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology/Senior Clinical Pharmacologist

Role: Lead Clinical Pharmacology strategy and execution across multiple development phases (Phases 1-4), focusing on PK/PD study design, data analysis, and regulatory communication. Responsibilities: develop and communicate multi-disciplinary clinical pharmacology plans; author regulatory and scientific documents; lead cross-functional meetings and represent Clinical Pharmacology in strategic and regulatory discussions; conduct due diligence; and contribute to scientific publications and conferences. Requirements: PhD with 4+ years or PharmD with 6+ years relevant experience in PK, PBPK, PK-PD, Pharmacometrics, or systems pharmacology; strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and leadership skills; proven scientific and technical expertise. Preferred qualifications include extensive experience in biopharma, with emphasis on clinical pharmacology in biologics or small molecules, and experience leading teams and regulatory interactions. High-Value: Clinical Pharmacology leadership in drug development, PK/PD study design, regulatory document authorship, cross-functional collaboration, experience with biologics or small molecules preferred.
