Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology & MIDD

Role: Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology & MIDD, serving as the lead for clinical pharmacology strategies across drug development stages for small and large molecules, including biologics. Responsibilities: develop and execute integrated clinical pharmacology and modeling plans, lead PK/PD and translational modeling studies, ensure regulatory compliance, and influence key development decisions such as dose selection and study design. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and represent clinical pharmacology in regulatory interactions; contribute to INDs, CTAs, and NDA/BLA submissions; provide scientific mentorship and capability building. Qualifications: BS with 10+ years in clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics, or related fields supporting drug development; preferred PhD with 7+ years’ experience. High-value: oncology, biologics, ADCs, bispecific antibodies, T-cell engagers, cytokines, radiopharmaceuticals, supporting early to late-stage development including regulatory submissions, with hands-on experience in platforms like NONMEM, Monolix, and Simcyp. Location: South San Francisco, CA, with an emphasis on cross-regional collaboration.
