Job Description
This senior leadership role provides functional, strategic, or country-level leadership within Regional Clinical Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating clinical operations staff (CTMs, CRAs, etc.)
- Ensuring timely and quality execution of clinical trials
- Managing study resources
- Overseeing performance metrics
- Managing staff hiring and development
Requirements:
- Approximately 10 years of pharmaceutical experience with people management
- Strong clinical research knowledge
- Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines
