Job Overview
The Associate Director, Regional Clinical Operations (RCO) - Central Region provides functional, strategic, or country leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating Clinical Operations staff (CTMs, CRAs, etc.) to ensure timely execution of clinical trials
- Managing resources
- Overseeing country-level trial execution, metrics, and team performance
- Effective communication and influencing stakeholders
- Managing hiring, performance, and succession planning
- Fostering external partnerships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Approximately 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Extensive people management
- Strong understanding of clinical research and program management
