Associate Director, Clinical Operations

Role: Lead clinical operations for global Phase 2b/3 or late-stage trials in respiratory or immunology, supporting Kymera’s targeted protein degradation pipeline. Responsibilities: plan and execute complex clinical trials, including site selection, feasibility, monitoring oversight, and vendor management; ensure timely enrollment, data quality, and regulatory compliance; collaborate with data management, translational medicine, and operational teams; oversee KPIs, risk mitigation, and process improvements; maintain documentation and manage trial metrics. Requirements: BS degree with 8+ years in biotech/pharma clinical operations; 5+ years leading global trials; experience in late-stage or complex Ph2b/3 studies; familiarity with CFR, ICH GCP, HIPAA, GDPR; strong project management, leadership, and communication skills; prior inspection readiness preferred.
