Role: Associate Director, Clinical Operations overseeing global clinical trial planning, execution, and resource management for autoimmune therapy candidates DNTH103 and DNTH212. Responsibilities include leading internal and external clinical operations resources, managing CROs and vendors, developing study protocols, and ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines. The position involves strategic planning, budget oversight, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with departments like Regulatory, Legal, and Finance. The role may include acting as Clinical Project Manager to optimize trial delivery and quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 10+ years' experience in clinical research within pharma or medtech, with proven project leadership and hands-on trial management experience. Strong knowledge of international regulatory standards, clinical trial metrics, and vendor management is essential. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with autoimmune therapeutics, biologics, or biologic development stages. The position demands excellent communication skills, experience with clinical systems (EDC, CTMS, IVR), and ability to manage large budgets and multiple projects. International travel and cross-cultural collaboration are expected. The work setup is flexible, with remote working options.
