Role: Associate Director of Clinical Development in Immunology, focusing on early-phase (I-II) neuroimmunology studies in autoimmune diseases like myasthenia gravis and CIDP. Responsibilities include designing and executing clinical trials, providing medical monitoring, supporting regulatory interactions, interpreting data, and contributing to clinical documentation. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with teams such as clinical operations, biostatistics, safety, and regulatory affairs, with an emphasis on patient safety and scientific rigor.Qualifications: MD/DO or PharmD with 0-2+ years’ biotech/pharma experience, ideally with subspecialty in neurology or neuromuscular medicine, and experience in clinical research or medical monitoring. Skills include strong scientific knowledge of neuroimmunology/autoimmune disorder therapeutics, excellent communication, and project management capabilities. Preferred: experience in relevant disease areas (e.g., CIDP, Myasthenia Gravis), regulatory knowledge, and established KOL networks. High-Value: early-phase neuroimmunology development, autoimmune disease focus, medical monitoring, protocol design, cross-functional teamwork, and travel flexibility. Work setup: open to remote US-based talent, preferably near West Coast California, with domestic and international travel as required.
