Associate Director, Clinical Data Enablement

Role: Associate Director, Clinical Data Enablement, leading clinical data delivery and ingestion processes within Takeda's R&D framework. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end data transfer from source systems to review platforms and data lakes, establish scalable ingestion frameworks, automate workflows, build cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines (AWS/Azure), and ensure GxP/CSV compliance; manage SLAs, KPIs, and stakeholder communication; mentor junior staff and FSPs. Requirements: BS/BA with 7+ years in data ingestion/integration, clinical data pipeline support, or related ETL/ELT operations; hands-on experience with clinical review systems like Veeva CDB, Elluminate, JReview; strong SQL skills, proficiency in scripting languages (Python preferred), and knowledge of clinical sources (EDC, CTMS); familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data reconciliation, audit readiness, and GxP standards. Preferred: experience with metadata-driven frameworks, automation utilities, and cross-functional collaboration in regulated environments.
