Role: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled clinical operations capabilities within Madrigal's R&D, focusing on the eTMF ecosystem. Responsibilities: partner with Clinical Operations, IT, Quality, and vendors to develop scalable, compliant workflows for AI-driven TMF intake, classification, metadata extraction, and oversight; support system integration and deployment within Veeva Vault; monitor process performance and drive ongoing enhancements; stay informed on emerging AI and clinical tech trends; build cross-functional relationships to ensure adoption and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, IT, or related field; 10-12+ years overall experience with 8-10 years in clinical systems or operations, preferably in biotech/pharma; strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and regulated document management; experience with Veeva Vault Clinical applications and system integrations; proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions; excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
