Associate Director, Clinical Capabilities Innovation

Role: Lead development and implementation of AI-enabled clinical operations capabilities at Madrigal, focusing initially on the eTMF ecosystem. Responsibilities: partner with Clinical Ops, IT, Quality, and vendors to design scalable, compliant AI solutions for TMF intake, classification, metadata extraction, and oversight; support system configuration within Veeva Vault, including testing, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring; stay informed on emerging clinical tech and AI trends; build cross-functional relationships.
