Role: Associate Director, Clinical Biomarkers Lead, responsible for developing and executing biomarker strategies for immunology and neuromuscular therapeutic programs, supporting clinical development from late-stage/pivotal phases. Responsibilities: oversee biomarker development, drive data analysis and interpretation, mentor team members, coordinate with research, clinical, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders, and manage external collaborations and outsourced projects. Contribute to clinical trial planning, author regulatory documents, and collaborate across disciplines to support translational studies. Represent biomarker strategies to regulators and industry forums. Requirements: PhD with 10+ years industry experience, including 4+ years leading clinical biomarker initiatives in immune-mediated diseases, with expertise in cytometry and immunoassays. Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience with biomarker sciences, data interpretation, and regulatory interactions.
