Role: Associate Director in Clinical Biomarker Development within Translational Medicine, supporting Revolution Medicines' oncology pipeline targeting RAS mutations. Responsibilities: develop and oversee biomarker strategies from phase 1 to 3, including assay development, sample management, and regulatory documentation; collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and external partners to develop validated clinical assays; support biomarker data analysis with bioinformatics and genomics groups. Requirements: Ph.D. in cancer biology, molecular biology, genomics, or equivalent; 3+ years industry experience in clinical biomarker and assay development; proven track record in biomarker validation and clinical implementation; experience working with CROs; strong communication, collaboration, and independent problem-solving skills. Preferred: knowledge of targeted oncology, RAS/MAPK biology, and familiarity with genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic platforms. Work setup: hybrid at Redwood City, CA; salary range $186,000β$233,000, commensurate with experience.
