Role: Learning Architect focused on designing and maintaining GMP-compliant training programs for Lilly's manufacturing platform at the Houston site, supporting GMP startup and ongoing operations. Responsibilities: develop platform-specific curricula, collaborate with site SMEs, ensure content aligns with governance standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives such as qualification and onboarding processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in regulated environments; expertise in GMP, manufacturing/quality operations, and instructional design; experience with learning management systems and digital learning tools. Preferred: deep knowledge of platform-specific manufacturing processes (e.g., biologics, chemical), strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and familiarity with digital systems like Workday or SuccessFactors.
