Job Position Overview
Learning Architect (LA) for Lillyโ€™s Global Manufacturing and Quality Learning & Development (GMQLD) team; designs and maintains training for an entire manufacturing platform (90% platform-level, 10% site-level).

Responsibilities
- Accountable for platform-specific curriculum design, development, and maintenance.
- Partner with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and the COE to ensure training is current, compliant, and aligned to manufacturing needs.
- Design/develop platform training within COE governance and global standards.
- Organize process-based curricula by manufacturing process with task-level qualification.
- Ensure alignment to the Global / Platform / Site content model.
- Design content to COE standards and compliance requirements; route content gaps/site needs to Platform Lead and COE.
- Support learning equivalency, exception, and substitution decisions in alignment with the Quality system.
- Collaborate with Platform Lead and LEPs; represent the platform in forums/audits/governance reviews.
- Improve time to qualification by identifying training burden, redundancy, and bottlenecks; support OJT standardization; use data to improve effectiveness/outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree, OR High School Diploma/GED + 10 years equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in a GxP-regulated environment.
- Expertise in Learning & Development/instructional design or Manufacturing/Quality operations.
- Experience with curriculum design, learning management systems, and GMP training requirements.

Additional Skills/Preferences
- Strong GxP/GMP and regulatory/compliance training knowledge.
- Knowledge of platform-specific processes (e.g., PFS, Cartridge, DAP/EM, Chemical, Biologics).
- Process- or competency-based curriculum architecture; cross-site/time-zone work; collaboration.
- Experience with digital learning tools, DOJT/OJT standardization; familiarity with Workday/SuccessFactors (or equivalent).

Location/Travel
- Site-based in Indianapolis, IN; ~10% travel; not remote; English required.
