Role Summary
Associate Director, Change Management-R&D
Responsibilities
Develop and implement change management strategies related to AI initiatives and Veeva platform process and potential resource changes.
Collaborate with IT and business units to understand the impact of changes and develop appropriate change management plans.
Lead implementation of change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and support.
Lead, monitor, and assess the change impact and readiness of the organization and develop strategies to address any resistance to change
Qualifications
Required: BachelorβΓΓ΄s degree with change management certification; Proven experience in change management, preferably as a business lead for the implementation of new systems, technologies and IT platforms; Excellent ability to align individuals with program goals and to build consensus; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent leadership, matrix management, and communication skills; Excellent strategic planning and implementation; Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
Preferred: Masters Degree preferred in MBA or similar; Strong understanding of how AI will transform life science and platform transitions.
