Role Summary

Associate Director, Change Management-R&D

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies related to AI initiatives and Veeva platform process and potential resource changes.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to understand the impact of changes and develop appropriate change management plans.
• Lead implementation of change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and support.
• Lead, monitor, and assess the change impact and readiness of the organization and develop strategies to address any resistance to change

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor‚Äôs degree with change management certification; Proven experience in change management, preferably as a business lead for the implementation of new systems, technologies and IT platforms; Excellent ability to align individuals with program goals and to build consensus; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent leadership, matrix management, and communication skills; Excellent strategic planning and implementation; Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
• Preferred: Masters Degree preferred in MBA or similar; Strong understanding of how AI will transform life science and platform transitions.
