Main Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive change management plans for PSS initiatives; ensure timely delivery of communication touchpoints.
- Manage day-to-day communication activities (drafting content, coordinating distribution channels, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms).
- Ensure timely, relevant information for employees, leadership, and external partners.
- Act as primary stakeholder point of contact; facilitate meetings/workshops/feedback sessions to drive engagement and alignment.
- Develop and coordinate communication materials (presentations, emails, FAQs, talking points, etc.) with internal teams.
- Coordinate with senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging reflects company values.
- Track communication effectiveness using surveys/feedback/engagement metrics; analyze feedback and recommend improvements.
- Maintain dashboards/reporting tools and implement KPIs.
- Prepare leadership status updates; support data-driven insights to improve execution.
- Manage tactical execution of multiple initiatives; meet deadlines and ensure quality.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, town halls, roadshows, and engagement events.
- Integrate change/communication activities into project plans and timelines.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ yearsβ experience in change management, communications, or organizational development (pharma/healthcare preferred).
Skills / Requirements
- Experience executing communication plans and change initiatives.
- Relationship-building and stakeholder influence at all levels.
- Strong project management/coordination; attention to detail; multi-project management.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; data/metrics-driven decision-making.
- Working knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci or similar a plus).
Preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA/MA in Communications or related).
- Patient support services or related pharma experience.
- Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Teams, email platforms, and survey tools.
Travel: Up to 10%.
