Associate Director, Central Monitor - Hybrid

Role: Associate Director of Central Monitoring leading a cross-functional team to de-risk clinical studies and advance AbbVie's R&D programs. Responsibilities: oversee staffing, performance management, and mentorship of Central Monitoring Managers; develop and execute staffing strategies; promote a growth mindset and inclusive collaboration; ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of monitoring services; influence stakeholders across clinical development. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; minimum 10 years' clinically-related or data trend analysis experience, with at least 5 years in management; experience with risk-based quality management (RBQM) models and remote team leadership.
