Objectives include building scalable, compliant operational processes, managing cross-border trade execution, and enhancing digital visibility to support network growth and patient delivery. Responsibilities encompass overseeing customs entry, shipment coordination, broker performance, escalation and business continuity management, process standardization, and performance analytics. The role also involves team leadership, stakeholder collaboration within supply chain, quality, and regulatory functions, and supporting network expansion efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field; 8+ years in customs brokerage, import/export operations, or regulated logistics, with expertise in FTZ/bonded operations and trade compliance. Preferred: advanced degrees, experience with clinical-to-commercial transitions, global logistics in biopharma, and proficiency with tools like Power BI or Tableau. High-Value: regulated biopharma environment, cell therapy modality, emphasis on GxP and GDP compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: hybrid, with a requirement of three days in-office weekly.
