Associate Director, CDx Partnership Program Management

Role: Senior Program Management leader for CDx pharmaceutical partnerships, with a focus on evaluating, structuring, and operationalizing complex CDx collaborations. Responsibilities: serve as a trusted advisor and external-facing contact for pharma partners; assess feasibility, scope, timelines, risks, and costs of new CDx opportunities; translate strategic priorities into actionable plans for internal teams; maintain a portfolio-wide view to identify risks and opportunities; and establish governance frameworks for growth. Requirements: extensive experience managing 10+ CDx deals from evaluation through delivery; deep understanding of CDx/IVD development lifecycle, regulatory considerations, and resource planning; proven ability to work with senior pharma stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred; PMP certification advantageous.
