Associate Director, CAR-T Site Supply Chain Product Planner

Role: Associate Director, CAR-T Site Supply Chain Product Planner, responsible for short-term product scheduling and end-to-end planning at Bristol Myers Squibb's NJ manufacturing site. Responsibilities: develop and maintain supply plans, coordinate raw material transitions, analyze data for process optimization, manage inventory reporting, support product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scheduling processes and implement new technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, sciences, or related fields; 8-10 years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with 7-10 years in production planning and GMP supply chain; extensive experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), production scheduling, and raw materials. Preferred: Green Belt certification, operational excellence experience, APICS training, strong influence skills. High-Value: cell therapy (CAR-T), biologics manufacturing, cGMP compliance, FDA/EMA/TGA regulatory knowledge, supply chain planning, and scheduling expertise. Work setup: on-site at NJ with a focus on routine supply chain coordination and continuous process improvement.
