Associate Director, CAR-T Site Supply Chain Product Planner

Role: Associate Director, CAR-T Site Supply Chain Product Planner, responsible for short-term product scheduling and end-to-end planning at the Cell Therapy Operations NJ manufacturing site. Responsibilities: develop and maintain supply plans covering equipment, media, raw materials, vector, and LN2; manage raw material transition plans, optimize schedules through data analysis, oversee inventory reporting, support product launches, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and improve planning tools and processes, including technology integration. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, sciences, or related fields; 8–10 years of biopharma experience in production planning, GMP supply chain, and raw materials; deep supply chain planning and scheduling expertise; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred); strong understanding of cGMP, FDA, EMA, TGA regulations; continuous improvement mindset; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with ambiguity. Preferred: Green Belt, APICS certification, Operational Excellence experience, strong influencer.
