Role: Associate Director, Cancer Pharmacology within Translational Research, leading in vivo pharmacology for RAS(ON) inhibitors targeting RAS-addicted cancers. Responsibilities: provide scientific and strategic leadership; design, execute, and interpret efficacy and PK/PD studies; mentor a team of in vivo scientists; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Chemistry, Biology, DMPK, and Toxicology; support portfolio progression through data packages and regulatory contributions; communicate findings to senior leadership. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or related field; 5+ years industry experience in oncology drug discovery; expertise in tumor biology, RAS signaling, translational pharmacology; hands-on experience with in vivo models; strong understanding of PK/PD and modeling approaches; proven leadership and communication skills. Preferred: experience with RAS-targeted therapies, diverse modalities (small molecules, antibodies, ADCs), involvement in IND-enabling activities, ability to influence scientific strategy.
