Associate Director, Campus Program Lead

Shifts Available: Monday–Friday, standard working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to complex campus-wide changes; may lead teams/organizations as needed.
- Develop implementation and communication plans; gather feedback and adjust strategy.
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams in parallel using portfolio/project management expertise.
- Partner with Site Leadership Teams to identify technical solutions aligned to Campus/Site Business Strategy.
- Support/drives execution of implementation plans; ensure governance, prioritization, and delivery aligned to campus goals.
- Resolve complex/novel problems requiring new solution options; apply an enterprise mindset with internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage programs end-to-end (initiation through completion), including post go-live feedback/continuous improvement.
- Determine stakeholder/customer requirements; manage communication, escalation, and issues resolution across boundaries.
- Experience developing executive-ready strategies, presentations, and communications.
- Promote “license to operate” and influence campus culture/values.
- Examples: New Product Introduction; Tech Transfer & Process Performance Qualification; support Campus Master Plan execution.

Project/Program Management:
- Define scope, execution plans, milestones, and track progress/risks.
- Estimate resources; establish governance; communicate status/risks/escalations at multiple levels.
- Hold matrix teams accountable for on-time/budget delivery; drive cross-team issue resolution.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Preference: portfolio/program management and/or management consulting.
- Strong tools/systems competence (i.e., iPlan/OnePlan, Tableau).
- Prior team management is a plus; experience leading diverse teams.
- Operational Excellence certification (LSS Yellow/Green Belt) desirable.
- BA/BS in related discipline (Master’s plus).
- PMI Project Management Professional required; Agile/Scrum certifications highly desired.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably in biopharma manufacturing.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- Devens, MA: $179,150–$217,083.
