Role: Campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems Associate Director, providing strategic leadership for laboratory informatics and benchtop instrument systems at Bristol Myers Squibb's Devens site. Responsibilities: lead the campus-wide team, manage system qualification, validation, lifecycle management, and support GxP and non-GxP operations; ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, USP, ICH); collaborate with Quality, Research, Manufacturing, and Digital teams; oversee vendor management and laboratory system support projects; drive continuous process improvements; represent laboratory systems during audits and inspections. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or IT; minimum 12 yearsβ experience supporting laboratory operations, informatics, instrument qualification, and GMP environments; proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams; strong knowledge of regulatory standards and laboratory IT systems such as LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS; experience with FDA and other regulatory agency interactions; excellent communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
