Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, design, execution, oversight, and optimization of US Oncology HCP marketing campaigns and programs.
- Develop, measure, and optimize digital campaigns to support marketing strategy.
- Build deep understanding of customer segments, needs, channel preferences, and profitability/lifetime value.
- Develop HCP marketing materials and digital assets (online video, emails, display/banner ads, alerts, web content, paid search optimization, social media, point-of-care, print, and disease awareness).
- Shape strategic communication objectives for assigned tumor(s) to align with the customer experience plan.
- Apply agile mindset: address ambiguity, influence alignment, test/learn, and drive innovation focused on customer experience.
- Partner with US Marketing on the annual Integrated Profit Plan (IPP) and contribute to brand building tools (L3).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Channel Strategy and Engagement, Market Research, Analytics, Operations).
- Manage agency and outsourced vendors, including digital SOW creation/monitoring and bi-annual agency evaluations.
- Manage budgets; evaluate revalidation of marketing and digital assets.
- Implement Safety Label Updates (SLUs) and ensure compliance with Subpart E regulations when applicable.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing, marketing communications, or marketing support.
- Demonstrated ability to execute brand/customer marketing strategy; strong marketing principles knowledge.
- Campaign/message development experience.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and teamwork.
- Excellent planning and presentation skills; strong communication skills.
- Agency/vendor management skills.

Preferred:
- MBA.
- Experience in US HCP marketing/communications or pharmaceutical US HCP marketing support; Oncology Marketplace knowledge.
- Product launch/launch planning; market research.
- Knowledge of commercial, regulatory, and legal compliance policies.
- End-to-end Medical/Legal (Promotion Review Team) review and delivery.
- Veeva/PromoMats experience.
