Associate Director, Campaign Development Lead (CDL) β Commercial Excellence & Innovation (US Oncology)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own content strategy and campaigns to ensure all tactics achieve the desired customer experience
- Lead development of content for field resources (iPad & field emails)
- Lead development of content for digital promotional assets (emails, display units, banner ads, alerts, web content, video, media/paid search optimization, and social media)
- Embed and optimize applicable OMM capabilities
- Lead and drive CAT activities to support Ways of Working and maximize capacity utilization
- Use agile methodology to ensure a high-functioning CAT team
- Own work that goes through the Collaborative Review Team process
- Contribute to development of brand building tools (L3)
- Shape key strategic communication objectives for assigned tumor(s)
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams
- Manage day-to-day interactions with agency partners and other outsourced vendors
- Manage applicable budgets
- Evaluate revalidation of digital assets
- Implement Safety Label Updates (SLUs) on promotional assets and ensure compliance with Subpart E regulations (when applicable)
- Partner with the US marketing team in the annual Integrated Profit Plan (IPP) process
- Conduct all activities in full compliance with company policies, values, and standards
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 yearsβ experience in marketing, marketing communications, or marketing support of pharmaceutical products
- Ability to execute a brand/customer marketing strategy
- Experience and success in cross-functional leadership and teamwork
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles
- Constituency management across hierarchical lines
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Agency management skills
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Knowledge/experience with the US oncology marketplace; gastric and esophageal cancers
- Product launch or launch planning experience
- Knowledge of commercial, regulatory, and legal compliance policies
- Experience with end-to-end medical/legal (PRT) review and delivery process
- Veeva/PromoMats experience
- SAP experience
- OMM knowledge/experience
- Accountability & adaptability
- Agile methodology across content strategy, creativity, digital analytics, digital marketing, and omnichannel marketing
- Oncology marketing
Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA (hybrid 3 days onsite/week)
