The Associate Director, Business Technology Account Management – Commercial serves as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, translating goals into business technology solutions for the U.S. market.

Responsibilities
- Align with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into BT solutions for field engagement and sales operations.
- Create business capability models and value stream maps using knowledge of field processes and CRM tools (Veeva, Salesforce).
- Gather and document business requirements; collaborate across field teams, sales, and marketing.
- Design solutions with BT and field teams; oversee integration of sales technologies and ensure seamless local/global data flow.
- Improve field sales/service workflows using AI, machine learning, and automation.
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects (on time, within scope/budget), including hands-on leadership of field-focused implementations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery and adoption.
- Maintain documentation for processes, requirements, solutions, and project plans.
- Drive change adoption and maximize value realization from BT solutions.

Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years relevant experience in BT/commercial business/management; 5+ years in BRM/business partner.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Agile tools knowledge (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Pharma regulated/global operating model experience.
- Experience designing/optimizing Commercial Excellence processes (HCP engagement, call planning, territory/quota, comp, activity capture).
- Translate strategy into capability roadmaps, future-state processes, and tech requirements.
- Strong Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM/Vault, sales analytics, and customer engagement platforms.
- Partner with IT/Sales/delivery to validate feasibility, integration patterns, scalability.

Preferred
- Master’s degree; consulting background (Commercial Strategy/Excellence, Digital, CRM/SFE, Omnichannel, analytics) in MedTech/Pharma.
- Hands-on Sales Enablement strategy, Veeva migrations, or analytics modernization.
- Executive communication and influence across regions (U.S. preferred); right-hand partner to senior leadership.
