Overview
- SAP Business Process Manager to support the Record to Report (R2R) workstream (Product Costing, Finance & Controlling (FICO), Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP R2R modules/functions (Product Costing, FICO, PaPM, SAC).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements for financial processes.
- Develop/maintain functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations for R2R.
- Drive process improvements in cost accounting and profitability analysis.
- Enhance FP&A via SAP SAC (budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting).
- Use SAP PaPM for transfer pricing, profitability analysis, cost allocation, and performance management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver R2R solutions.
- Serve as primary point of contact for R2R inquiries; resolve complex issues.
- Facilitate workshops/training and change management to ensure adoption.
- Ensure integration of SAP R2R modules with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, third-party platforms).
- Oversee data migration, master data management, and data quality.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls (SOX) in SAP configurations.
- Manage R2R deliverables, timelines, and budgets; align with ERP COE objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field; MBA or certifications (SAP Certified Application Associate, CPA, CMA) plus.
- 10+ years relevant experience; at least 5 years in a lead/senior R2R role.
- Proven expertise in SAP FICO and FP&A (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
- Strong knowledge of financial close, general ledger, cost accounting, and profitability analysis.
Required Skills
- In-depth understanding of SAP financial modules and integrations.
- SAP configuration, master data setup, and reporting tools (SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements (IFRS, GAAP, SOX).
- Exceptional leadership/communication/stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; process optimization focus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- SAP S/4HANA implementations/upgrades (required).
