Associate Director, Business Planning & Project

Role: Lead the clinical site project portfolio and lifecycle management for Neogene's T-cell therapy programs, focusing on process development, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain integration. Responsibilities: oversee project goals, coordinate internal and external teams, track operational plans and milestones, conduct financial analysis, facilitate risk management, and promote cross-functional collaboration. Requirements: BA/BS with 8+ years or Master’s/MBA with 6+ years in biotech or pharmaceutical operations, ideally with clinical or commercial manufacturing experience; proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, GxP, FDA regulations, and CMC development; strong leadership and communication skills; hands-on experience with project management tools like Smartsheet.
