Associate Director, Business Operations, Quality Control

Role: Associate Director of Business Operations for Global Quality Control, leading governance, portfolio management, and strategic planning to enable disciplined execution across QC transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: develop and maintain governance frameworks, operational KPIs, and performance reporting; oversee cross-functional planning with Supply Chain, Engineering, Digital, and other departments; prepare executive communications and strategic updates; monitor portfolio risks, dependencies, and organizational priorities; drive continuous improvement and digital initiatives, including compliance and cost efficiencies. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Life Science, or related field; 8+ years in business operations, manufacturing, strategy, or program management within regulated life sciences or biotech environments; experience in establishing governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting; strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
