Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communications supporting CIO and BTS strategic priorities (service excellence, IT operations, digital workplace enhancements, technology modernization, change initiatives).
- Develop and lead a pan-BTS engagement campaign highlighting BTS colleague successes and stories reflecting BTS culture, excellence, and impact.
- Ensure consistent BTS messaging across BTS teams and alignment with enterprise communications to reinforce a unified, strategic narrative.
- Develop and support BTS communications plans to promote critical technology initiatives and operational improvements.
- Develop and coordinate communications supporting the BTS Performance Roadmap (milestones, progress updates, leadership messaging, employee engagement).
- Drive tactical execution of communications strategies for key BTS initiatives, organizational evolution, and operating-model change.
- Provide strategic counsel to the BTS Leadership Team based on desired outcomes.
- Ensure high-quality communications materials with enterprise voice, brand compliance, message clarity, and integrity.
- Craft stories that simplify and communicate complex IT priorities, strategies, roadmaps, programs, and products for diverse internal/external audiences.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor technology trends to identify communications opportunities, risks, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in technology/IT communications supporting evolving IT operating models, digital transformation, enterprise systems, infrastructure, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Expertise developing and executing communications strategies for CIO/IT-led priorities in large, complex organizations.
- Experience with change communications for enterprise-wide IT/platform/digital tool rollouts.
- Insight-driven, strategic, measurable internal and external communications program experience for IT organizations.
- Exceptional storytelling; ability to translate complex IT concepts into engaging narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to meet fast-paced timelines with strong attention to detail and project management.
- Experience supporting IT/technology/digital transformation communications; familiarity with AI or automation is a plus.
- Strong business judgment; initiative, creativity, analytical strengths, and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
- Bachelorβs degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
