Job Description The Position Reporting to the Marketing Director you will drive the integrated marketing strategy and go-to-market approach within key parts of Organon's Women's Health portfolio in Asia Pacific Cluster (Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand). The product responsibilities might evolve over time, but the position will in the onset be dedicated to the Fertility franchise. Responsibilities Lead brand strategy and execution across the Asia-Pacific Cluster, driving marketing excellent Develop and implement a brand plan aligned with global strategies, integrating market insights, competitive intelligence, and HCP/patient engagement pathways. Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Sales, Training, Commercial Operations, and Digital) to deliver a unified, customer-centric go-to-market approach. Support cluster-level financial planning and marketing mix optimization, ensuring resource allocation and forecasting accuracy to achieve commercial goals. Act as regional liaison with relevant global marketing teams, ensuring Asia-Pacific perspectives are represented in global franchise strategies. Foster a culture of agility, curiosity, and collaboration, ensuring the Dermatology portfolio achieves sustainable growth and impact across the region. Required Education, Experience and Skills Relevant Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Familiarity with Women's Health and Fertility and market dynamics is an advantage. Regional marketing experience preferred, with proven success in brand strategy and execution. Strong project management and organizational capabilities. Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to synthesize local market insights into regional strategies.
