Associate Director, Biostatistics - Genetic Medicine

Role: Associate Director of Clinical Biostatistics supporting Global Development, leading statistical strategies for clinical trial design, analysis, and regulatory interactions. Responsibilities: oversee biostatistics activities across cross-functional teams; frame statistical approaches, assess endpoints, contribute to regulatory materials, and lead process improvements; mentor junior statisticians and develop infrastructure; represent statistical issues in regulatory meetings; lead research on innovative methods and training initiatives. Requirements: PhD or equivalent in statistics/biostatistics with >6 years (PhD) or >11 years (MS) pharma experience; expertise in clinical trial design, statistical methodologies, and software; strong leadership and collaboration skills. Preferred: experience in hematology, immuno-oncology, multiple myeloma, or similar therapeutic areas; TTE experience; knowledge of drug discovery/development strategies.
