Associate Director, Biostatistics

Role: Associate Director, Biostatistics, providing strategic and operational leadership for clinical development programs in Virology, including HIV, viral hepatitis, COVID-19, and cancer. Responsibilities: serve as lead statistician for Phase 1–3 trials, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical Development, Regulatory, Data Management), guide study design, sample size, SAP, and statistical analysis plans; oversee statistical activities across multiple studies or molecules; contribute to scientific publications and regulatory submissions; and lead or support departmental initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years, Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in biostatistics or related field; deep knowledge of clinical trial design, biostatistics methodologies, and regulatory standards (FDA/EMA, GCP); experience in virology is preferred.
