Associate Director, Biostatistics

Role: Associate Director, Biostatistics, leading statistical strategies and analyses for clinical development projects in oncology and neuroscience. Responsibilities: design and report Phase I-IV clinical studies, develop statistical analysis plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee external vendors, and support regulatory interactions including submissions. May lead or support development of departmental standards, supervise staff, and contribute to publications. Requirements: PhD in statistics, mathematics, or related with 4+ years (PhD) or 6+ years (MS) experience; expertise in clinical trial design, statistical modeling, and analysis; proficiency in SAS or R; thorough knowledge of regulatory standards (ICH, CDISC). Preferred: oncology/hematology experience, Bayesian/adaptive design, NDA/BLA contribution, strong communication skills. High-Value: oncology, neuroscience, Phase I-IV, regulatory engagement, GxP, statistical programming, and leadership of cross-functional projects. Work setup: remote.
