Associate Director, Biostatistics

Role: Associate Director of Biostatistics at RayzeBio, focusing on guiding statistical design, analysis, and interpretation for clinical oncology trials of radiopharmaceutical therapies. Responsibilities include leading statistical strategies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, authoring key statistical documents (protocols, SAPs, TLFs), reviewing vendor deliverables, supporting regulatory submissions, and exploring AI initiatives for operational efficiency. Requirements: PhD or MS in Statistics/Biostatistics, 6+ years (PhD) or 8+ years (MS) industry experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech, with proficiency in SAS/R, CDISC standards, and GCP/ICH guidelines. Preferred: oncology experience and global regulatory submission background. High-value: oncology, radiopharmaceuticals, clinical trial phases, GxP compliance, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, with a willingness to travel (~10%). Work setup: remote U.S. with some travel.
