Associate Director, Biostatistics

Role: Associate Director of Biostatistics at RayzeBio, leading statistical design, analysis, and interpretation for oncology clinical trials involving radiopharmaceuticals. Responsibilities: serve as lead biostatistician for oncology projects; develop statistical strategies, study designs, and analyses; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; author key statistical documents; review vendor deliverables; support regulatory submissions; explore AI initiatives to enhance efficiency; participate in internal data reviews. Requirements: advanced degree in Statistics or Biostatistics (PhD or MS); 6+ years (PhD) or 8+ years (MS) industry experience; proficiency in SAS/R, CDISC standards; strong communication skills; experience managing vendor deliverables; knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines; ability to operate in a regulated environment. Preferred: prior oncology clinical development and global regulatory submission experience.
