Associate Director, Biostatistics

Role: Statistical Scientist supporting hematology clinical studies, focusing on data analysis, interpretation, and regulatory documentation. Responsibilities: develop study protocols and SAPs, collaborate on database design, ensure analysis standards meet regulatory requirements, analyze clinical data, prepare reports, and support manuscript and presentation development. Qualifications: PhD in Statistics or related field with 5+ years, or Master’s with 8+ years in clinical drug development; proficiency in SAS and/or R; experience with clinical trials, regulatory guidance, and ideally oncology; strong communication and teamwork skills.
