We are seeking a highly skilled scientist with deep expertise in the application of biophysical methods in drug discovery to join the Structural Biology organization within Takedaβs Global Biologics organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multiple biophysical techniques apply this expertise towards understanding and optimizing small molecule-protein and protein-protein interactions as well as biologics developability. A successful candidate will contribute to multiple programs by generating results from internal and external (CRO-based) biophysics efforts and effectively collaborating with structural biologists, protein chemists, biophysics experts, project team members and department management to advance Takedaβs the research pipeline.

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
