Job Description
This role supports GMP capability build for clinical supplies of bulk biologic drug substance at a new Next Generation Biologics facility in Rahway, NJ. The Process Engineering Lead is responsible for evaluating and implementing novel equipment, innovative processes, and next-generation technologies to advance biologics development and clinical manufacturing.
Key Duties
- Leading the detail design phase
- Managing a small team
- Ensuring operational readiness for manufacturing operations
