Role: Associate Director, Biologics New Product Commercialization, overseeing technology transfer of veterinary monoclonal antibody (mAb) products from R&D to manufacturing. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams in process development, technical reviews, risk assessments, and ensuring timely product launches at internal and external sites; manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and escalation; communicate progress and issues to leadership; contribute to best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related with 8+ years post-grad experience; 4+ years in project leadership within regulated biopharma; experience with external manufacturing (CDMOs); expertise in technology transfer, risk management, and biopharma processes. Preferred: deep knowledge of mAb manufacturing, EMA/FDA/USDA regulations, and CMC/regulatory practices. Skills: project management, technical operations, technology transfer. High-Value: focus on veterinary mAbs, biologics, process development, regulatory filings, with cross-site collaboration. Location: Boxmeer (NL), Millsboro (DE), or DeSoto (KS); travel approximately 10%. This role involves individual contribution with matrix leadership in a fast-paced, regulated biopharma environment.
